Hello there! My name is Nic. I'm a student at The University of Texas at Dallas, studying Computer Science. This is my little corner of the internet where I host my website, mail server, portfolio, and blog. I have been using Linux for around a decade now, and my preferred distro is Void Linux. I am an advocate for Free and Open Source Software. Part of that involves me being an officer of OpenUTD, the student organization for promoting FOSS, as well as my Free Software Foundation membership. I like to consider myself at least mildly interested in music, and I play a couple instruments. I primarily play trumpet, although I have also been playing the kalimba for 3 years, and I am teachning myself the guitar. Being interested in music, I also attempt to play rhythm games. I'd say my best is BeatSaber, although it has been a minute so I am a little rusty to say the least.
